Just Balance with Brittany: Balancing my Mental Health Journey
Hi Triple B's-
Happy (Tuesday) Wednesday! I have realized that as I am personally on a quest for balance, that doing the podcast every week has actually been draining. For that reason, I am moving to a bi-weekly cadence, but super excited to continue pushing forward this year.
This week, I am talking about MY MENTAL HEALTH! Y'all mental health and self care and taking care of both is so important and so necessary in this day in time. I am so fortunate to be afforded the resources, opportunities, and support to get myself together. I've already had two sessions with my therapists this year, and they have both been so helpful.
The one piece of advice that I have as we are well into 2023, TALK TO SOMEONE! It's okay to invest in, pour into, and love on YOU!
